A £ 700,000 refurbishment project of a 10 storey block of flats as part of Sandwell councils commitment to the 'Decent Homes' initiative.
The project involved the creation of additional storeys to be covered with curved standing seam aluminium roof sheets and pressings.
The facade was completely transformed with a mixture of terracotta, timber bauclad and eternit rainscreen products.
