A fast track modular educational building with a BREEAM excellent rating.
An ICB Evalon V membrane was fully adhered to the plywood deck and covered with a wildflower/sedum green roof from BBS. A 16KW solar PV system was introduced fastened to a fully welded, non penetrative solar bar. A QBM 'Soter' running line was fitted to allow maintenance to the roof area.
The roof was designed with an extremely high water attenuation target, met by the green roof and included many sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting and external water butts.
All operations were carried out/managed by Swift Roofing Services Ltd.
